Max Payne 3 brought some revolutionary ideas to the Third Person Shooter genre. Gameplay was amazing. Story I was quite disappointed with as I was hoping it to follow on from Max Payne 2 and continue the game in modern day New York. And I definitely miss the comic strip style that Remedy as cutscenes and was hoping it to follow the same style.
As a gamer I enjoyed the gameplay but I was let down with the story which had so much potential.
I really wish ...
The game looks absolutely beautiful and especially the new UI. I would love for Polphony Digital to allow you to travel by car to the options seen in the Menu Screen, to give it that open world feeling to the players, for that added immersion and appreciation for attending races or maintaining your cars.
From watching the intro, I initially thought it was a Silent Hill game to be later annouched as Silent Village or something.
Will be awesome to see this on next gen hardware. And I really hope they won't be afraid of introducing dismemberment (like Deadspace/Soldier of Fortune/Dead Island).
Definitely! Really miss the Powerstone 1 & 2 games from Capcom. Could easily kill so many hours on those games getting all sorts of collectible items.

Completely understand where you're coming from and likewise I respect your opinion also. I too have witnessed my share of games having sluggish controls and animations, where for some games it fits quite well (like Killzone 2 one of my favourites from the PS3 era) for the immersive feeling but for some games can be seriously annoying (The Division 2 comes to mind). I suppose these days developers should have customisable settings in mind to cater to bo...
I can't wait to get my hands on this. Definitely agree that Sucker Punch are underrated, they are crazy meticulous when developing open world games. I would've loved to see what they'd do with Spiderman, I thought Sucker Punch was more equipped and experienced with dealing with that project than Insomniac but they did do an amazing job.
RDR2 was definitely slower paced but it's still an amazing open world game, the level of detail that Rockstar implement in ...
@Foxtrot: Completely agree with you. Amy Hennig was so right to helm the Uncharted universe and with her gone from ND was a great disappoint and worry when news broke. I wonder what really happened and what her thoughts on Neil are. Uncharted 4 was okay but the story just didn't have the Amy Hennig quality content, instead it felt forced to introduce characters like Nadine.
They should've used ID tech 5, would've been awesome to see what avalanche studios could do with that tech
It's the old school mini cooper
Yeah, I was wondering the same, did they confirm this anywhere?
I'm wondering if they're using the ID tech 5 engine for this?

That was exactly my thoughts on this, when rumors were going around that the infamous devs were working on this I was feeling so assured that this will get so much great level of work thrown into it, but since they announced at E3 that it was insomniac, I wasn't sure how I felt as some of their games have been hit an miss.
I respect insomniac for the Ratchet series, sunset overdrive, Resistance 1 (still the best one in my eyes) and spyro but I wish it got ...
its true, we've seen better updates before. I think busy times of the year a more likely to see some better titles appearing.
@ColonelHugh lmao!!!!
Obama definitely cares!
hey anyone have a spare ps4 code, I'll greatly appreciate if it's pm-ed to me :)
LMAO! This was exactly what went through my mind when I read the headline! LOL.
Maybe thats why CliffyB decided to quit from epic games and dedicate his life to create a game based off "bluestreak", he was heavily inspired by the movie.
