Lol - you guys are comparing a full game (Forza 3) to a demo (Gran Turismo 5). As a true fan of racing games, I'd have to say Gran Turismo beats Forza on every level. If you're a true racing fan, GT is the way to go. If you like a little more arcadey stuff, Forza 3 is for you.

"Bioware is owned by EA. EA is not making as much money as it would like. The Unreal Engine 3 is a highly versatile engine. I think it costs like $300,000 bucks to license. That's pretty cheap. A proprietary engine can cost millions to make and years. Bioware doesn't have that kind of time and money. EA is not willing to fund that much money for a series that hasn't sold that many copies.
