Another interesting co-op announcement, some great games coming.
There's many reasons it would never happen, but i'd love to see buying games handled the same way as Sky handle movie pre-orders. They give you a digital copy on release and send out a DVD copy in the post as well. No extra price either it's all included in the one purchase. That's an ideal world... at least for me.
Yeah it's own trophy/achievement set but Platinum hunters only get 1 platinum from this.
@Cmv38, why is it hard to believe, I often buy a game on Xbox, PS4 and PC just so I have it available for wherever I want to play. Plus I enjoy unlocking the achievements and trophies.

Advanced Warfare's campaign was one I truly enjoyed too. It may have been the start of all that furturistic mumbo jumbo, but it wasn't too overkill in the campaign and was actually a great story
You have the option when buying a game to buy as a gift, if you choose that option you can then choose someone to send the gifted game too. It doesn't affect any games you own or have in your library and if it is bought as a gift it won't appear in your library as a ready to install or start downloading
I'm actually intrigued by this, was talking a few days back about how much of a good idea this would be. Shame it's not old Freddy though

For me personally, a fighting game should force you to switch characters immediately just because you failed to get the first hit in just to avoid losing the entire health bar, and it's also worth noting that with some combo's that doesn't always work and instead you end up with both characters near defeated immediately, especially against those ...
Why should it matter that the site cover Xbox specific reviews, a review is an opinion on a product, why should someone's score be any higher if they don't feel it justifies it just because the title is an exclusive to that platform?
I'd love sequels for Sunset Overdrive, Ryse and Quantum Break, plus a sequel for Alan Wake wouldn't go a miss, but I highly doubt we'll see any of those anytime soon if at all.
@Niko04 - the reason I have mostly Xbox comments, and Xbox articles commented on, is because I write for an Xbox based website, I don't see how that automatically means I don't enjoy both consoles, or enjoy both equally. @ niko04 Does everything really have to be a bitchfest over which console offers what. A true gamer is just happy to play games regardless of console. I own both PS and Xbox so I can enjoy every game and say FU to exclusivity. You should try it.
I personally couldn't give a damn what games come to what console. In my opinion gamers shouldn't be divided by what they can or can't play based on the console they own, I personally feel consoles should be different by what they do in terms of hardware or how they look, not by what games they have. Or you could just save up and get both then play whatever you want.
Actually LastCenturyRob, this journalist owns 4 different Xbox One consoles. More importantly I feel you've missed the point of the article. These articles aren't here for criticising games that have been brought over to Xbox One via backwards compatibility, but instead to give my personal opinion on which ones are still worth playing today in an evolving games industry. Unfortunately it's still no better for those of us with several consoles in the house. I would prefer being able to set my home console on 2 consoles at once or something similar.
I personally think SOMA's safe mode would have been good if they had removed the enemy entirely, the game is genereally creepy thanks to the story and the situation and it would have given a different feel to it. That said, i wouldn't play it in safe mode anyway due to preferring it the usual way
