You can attribute the dominance by having a more powerful system at a cheaper price point at the start of the generation.
It's easily the finest crafted game of this generation. I find it strange when people complain about its pacing. The game has been in development for seven year and you want to burn through it in two sittings or something? I guess I knew what I was in for because I decided it was the only game I was buying this fall so I could play it properly and not feel like I need to rush it to get on to playing titles that aren't nearly as good.
It's misleading. You never actually save money by buying something. Quite the opposite in fact.
Because physical keeps the price of digital higher then it would be without. Digital also subsidizes physical, it’s much cheaper to deliver digital games then it is to manufacture discs, cases, manuals, and have them shipped yet they cost the same on release. Which means people who buy digital are helping pay the cost of all that crap.

I’m so glad Rockstar made the modern games with this level of realism and didn’t continue the cheesy, arcadey, wack style of the PS2 era Grand Theft Autos. They are much better because of it. You don’t have to like the game you can go play something else like Saints Row or Just Cause if that is your style.
Don’t forget it also shows that the X runs at twice the resolution 100% of the time. The entire time in a game this big.
