An average game. Maybe 6.75/10. Not bad. Not great. Good but boring. The story is dull but the graphics, sound, and controls were good. The enemies were repetitive. Luckily, the game isn't that long. I see no replay value. I bought it new but I would suggest a Gamefly rental or buy used when it is $20, play it, and sell it right back.

Many of the comments regarding this story here are foolish. So one non-gaming rich business executive on a tour of an acquired property, perhaps even a dorky CFO for all we know, is ignorant enough to see a Donkey Kong poster and say "Oh good we own Donkey Kong now" and somebody posts a comment about it on a Twitter a decade later.
Then all the MS haters and then some jump to the conclusion that that meant all of Microsoft thought they were getting Donkey Kong in the purcha...

I am happy to report that I launched the game today and everything I thought was lost when the server was down is there. It does save locally cached.

I was burning the midnight oil last night, playing the game when in the left hand corner of the screen it said the server was down. So from that point on it was no longer saving my game as I progressed my city. I was unable to claim another city in my region or go to the other city in the region I was simultaneously working on. I stayed up until 5AM hoping the server would come back up so I could save but it never did. Of course I wasn't happy but the game has only been out for two days s...

I'd like to get some achievements for the Android games I waste so much time playing in between Xbox sessions. To heck with iPhone.

Getting ALL the promotional codes and pre-order freebies (aka free in game stuff) is ruining it for yourself?? I don't see how. Rather, it basically makes you feel like you have everything that you'd have to pre-order multiple copies at multiple stores to get. I hardly view that as cheating yourself. Maybe stealing but not cheating yourself. The unlimited golden key thing, sure, that is cheating yourself, but a free goodie bag, um no.

We forgive the frame rate issues. Make a third!

Nah... doesn't look that bad. Might be good actually. Funny thing is yesterday I was thinking about the show and how it would make a good RPG and then I see this. I'll put it at the top of my Gamefly queue and check it out.

I love this game, plain and simple. I see a lot of my friends aren't playing. They need to look into picking up a copy.

I doubt I will pay for this AND the Xbox Live family plan I am paying for. I'll stick with the 360. I was really planning on buying Dark Souls for the PS3 but not if they do this. Hopefully we will know by the time Dark Souls comes out near the end of the year. Maybe I can get my wife to pay for it since she uses Netflix on the PS3.

Dragon Age? I put in a good 40 hours but it just felt clunky and wrong. Didn't finish it or buy any of the DLC. I kept going back to Demon's Souls in that time frame. A real game.

ME2. Sure that was great and Dragon Age 2 might be because it is more like the Mass Effect series. But no, not Dragon Age 1.

I am a true fan and dreamed about New Vegas from the announcement until release. I was counting the days.

Anyway, even if I was wrong about Metroid, a game just has to be really good for me to play it on the wii and like Monster Hunter Tri, it didn't do it for me fast enough (cannot believe the writer of this story said the same about New Vegas). I cannot stand the SD graphics on my huge HD screen in comparison to something released on the 360 or PS3. Sure, I played thro...

He played for a few hours, put it in the sleeve and sent it on its way to Gamefly. He isn't a true fan of Fallout.

A true fan BOUGHT the game at midnight at Gamestop and popped it in as soon as they could. A true fan pre-ordered and bought the special edition and book.

This game is great. I have put in well over 200 hours.

Yes, there were problems when it was released broken on all platforms but all or most have by now been addressed. ...

Pirate Tom-

PSN and Live are hardly the same thing. Live is much more refined and worth paying for. The old saying goes, you get what you pay for.

Gamefly is great way to weed out the garbage games before dropping $60 on something you hate after 10 minutes. I used to waste so much money on games that I just didn't enjoy but got suckered into buying.

"Gaming has become a very expensive hobby to have"

Not in comparison to JUST ABOUT ANY OTHER FORM OF ENTERTAINMENT TYPE HOBBY it hasn't!

It is still pretty cheap.
