Haha! There you go, it's basically taboo on n4g to talk about p2p, but we can't deny it exists.
C'mon, if you are a scrooge and would like to save 20 - 29.95USD on a br/hddvd title, or 5 - 19.95USD on a dvd or or a a 1 - 13USD on a cd you could easily DL it. How? Ask Boink @ just above me
Quoting Quincunx - "Honestly, would you trust all of your movies to a HDD????
They would have to improve the quality a lot until people would trust their entire library to a device that dies after a certain amount of time/use."
That amount of time is called MTBF.
Quoting Mr Foliage - "It is only a matter of time before the security features are broken. Making it a hard sell for movie studios to be encouraged to make their content easily downloadable; and in time, easily shared."
This is already a reality
well, it would be great to have a Terabyte sized HDD and a HD-DVD/BR burner to burn stuff into...
this would be a boost for folks who love downloading stuff from p2p bit torrent.
i agree will be the up in coming top of the line GPU
and then there's the MTBF we have to contend with when considering HDDs & SSDs
this year will be an interesting boxing match for AMD/ATi vs Nvidia.
after all is said, why not download the stuff then burn it on a dvd or hddvd bluray disc to 'archive' and/or save space? that's what i would do, it's more practical.
kewl!

if you can wait and prefer the tactical, s.w.a.t genre... just get rainbow six: vegas 2, or like WWII shooters, wait for the release of brother's in arms: hell's highway
