This is why video game journalism will never become a respected, mainstream practice, when sites like "scrawlfx" make up bs stories like this. Keighly CLEARLY says in his Twitter feed that all he is talking about is a powerup called "megaton" and that the game he is referencing has already been announced.
Sites that pull stuff like this to garner more hits should be banned from submitting on N4G.
This person obviously thinks it's on the level of Gears 2. He meant new Gears 2 LEVELS announcement. LAME
It is not a fact unless you can prove it, until then, it is just a rumor. I'm glad you think that you can say "It's a FACT" and then everyone is supposed to believe you, but anyone who isn't a complete pushover is going to not believe you until it's proven.

Most likely what the PS4 will be, is 1 (or more) Cell 2 processors, and hopefully a specially designed GPU. I believe it will have at least 16 SPU's on each chip as well, which will be pretty sick. I am pretty sure that PS4 will get to the point of allowing almost CG quality graphics in a game.
But at the end of the day, the most important thing in a console is the GAMES!

This is very possible. I took a survey a few weeks ago about the final boxart for the game, and some other input about the game. I have to believe that if they are finalizing box art, the game is about ready to be released.
I agree 100%. The fact that PS3 users get dedicated servers and LIVE users don't is a huge benefit, but it's only a small part. Don't be sorry for being optimistic, but just be realistic as well. Yes, LIVE charges $50 a year, but that most likely goes towards paying the guys who monitor content and the service itself, as well as bandwidth costs, not necessarily improvement of features.

BTW I saw Kaz in a bathroom at In N Out Burger the other day, and he told me that there's a special switch inside the PS3 that they are enabling in the 2.4 firmware that will make the graphics 10x better than they already are.
