The removal of MP because they want you to use all magics ,In regular
FF system you will end up using attack and limit breaks because the magic are useless. FF 13 has a better system but when it come to Quests
and world you need to wait till 3rd disk which is disappointing.
It is not TV show, it is the longest OVA series ever around 115 episodes and the most political thing you may ever watch

revisitable locations "because it would involve disc swapping and
duplicated data" You don't need to be a rocket scientist to know that.

The simplicity is what make this game fast and good if you want
a complex micromanagement play ff12 were you spend hours to buy
gambits and reprogram it with every unexpected dull cheap battle.
Also, The auto-battle isn’t as effective as your choice.
Also, People hate on FFXI but it was Sakaguchi's idea to create something new for anniversary.
