I actually went on the Japanese PSN Store to get this demo when it first came out on the Japanese store, but by the time I got to doing it, I forgot why I was going on the Japanese store. I knew I should have done it immediately after reading the article instead of waiting a few hours ~_~

Maze War is credited as the first FPS, but it was a very barbaric and rudimentary FPS. However, id software created the first "mainstream" FPS with Wolfenstein 3D and later, Doom. Wolfenstein 3D was also the inspiration of many FPS games to follow it which used many of the same elements. So they pretty much just popularized the genre.
Except it was nix who first mentioned the sun. Sidar was replying to pwnzter who said the EARTH was the center (whether he was being sarcastic or not is another question). So anyone with any reading comprehension would logically assume sidar was question how the Earth could be the center of the universe if it moves. And I'd even argue that it is reasonable to go even farther and assume by "moves" he means "orbits" and not "rotates".

I highly doubt Halo: Reach is going to make PS3 owners run out and buy a 360. In fact the only reason I am getting this is because it looks like a significant improvement on the previous Halo's and I happen to already have a 360.
Now I'm sure this will sell 10m easy, but I almost guarantee that 9/10 people buying it already have Halo 3 and 99/100 will have already had a 360, because if you were to get a 360 for Halo, you would have already gotten one as there are 2 Ha...

Like many have said before calling the PS3 the PS4 is stupid and the PS4 could have easily been edited in. Sure it looks legit, but I don't thing Sony is THAT stupid. Sure 3D might be the future and while I don't see this as just a "fad" and more like steps towards total gaming immersion (kind of like those new glasses that there was an article about (something about them replacing monitors for PC gaming)). Plus if it was PS4 I couldn't see them using MW2, no way.

I realize that the MW games are huge hits, but those were kind of like "freak accidents", in fact if you read interviews Activision didn't want IW to make Modern Warfare, but they did and a lot of people liked the move away from WWII and then it started to spread like wildfire. And Guitar Hero is barely relevant anymore ever since Rockband. Not to mention W@W did poorly compared to MW and MW2.
