I was hoping it was just put on hold, rather than out right canceled. That sucks, Obsidian was arguably the most talented dev Sega had working on the Aliens-licensed projects.

I was pumped for Quantum until I saw some pretty generic looking E3 gameplay. Jumped off my radar for now, all though with over 6 months left, I'm sure they can polish it up quite a bit.
How is it fake? The article didn't say the PS3 version was there... All it said was that a PS3 version demo would come eventually.
I'm still on the fence, Lost Planet did a lot of things wrong... Hopefully they can smooth it out in the sequel.

just thought of this - how cool would it be to make a new M rated manhunt, but then have a DLC patch you can download to make it AO? that would be a huge cash cow, and then they don't have to worry about not selling it at retail.
