I LOLed because someone here actually tried to provide me the definition of an NDA. I know what an NDA is, all I was stating that it would make absolutely zero marketing sense for the Micro Soft to sign such an NDA.
PS in my line of work we deal with NDAs all the time, and usually they are used before a deal is made, not after. Thus again an NDA really would not make sense. Sorry people this is fake.
