You know PC's do more then just game right? Plus 2000$ to me is not that much. Then again I could play that console port at likely 100 fps, 1440p, 144hz or in other words something a ps4 couldnt even dream of. Since you are a console fluffer I expect that sounded like Greek to you all you need to know is that the game looks and feels 1000X better then any console version.

Do you doubt that there will be games made for ps3 in 2017? Didn't they just stop making games for ps2 like 2 years ago. I don't they promised the ps3 would be the go to machine for then years, simply that they would have some support for it a minimum of 10 years. Which isn't really that long to begin with, never understood all the credence people gave that claim. Of course they are going to support their system for as long as they can profit off of it.

Seems this is the age of the RPG. So many good ones have just come out like, Pillars of Eternity, Witcher 3, and Dragon Age: Inquisition, just to name a few.
With so many more announced, who could argue, it is indeed the age of the RPG.

No a medium range pc from 6 years ago could run 180p 60 frames. Further a mid range pc from six years ago could run any xbox1 or ps4 game at 1080p 60 frames. Its just the truth.
Not to mention, people like to talk about the cost of upgrading a computer, but in reality every single person here, on this forum has a computer. MOst of you could spend 300 dollars on a new cpu and a new gpu and a have pc that is minimum double the power of the new consoles. Food for thought.
Depends on the model. Dota 2 is free to play, no amount of money spent in game has any effect on gameplay.
This is just icing on the cake that is my vita/ps4.

Your analysis doesn't hold water, there are a plethora of games like wow, or lol, eve, dota 2, civ series that sell a ton for pc and would be profitable on any console, but for technical and business reasons never made it to consoles. So yes pc exclusives live and are some of the best games going.
