teasing spoilers are good.
lol, thats true. I see no use in going out at night to buy a game. I do like the fact that fans get to meet the devs :D
I don't get these midnight openings..
That doesn't really matter much now does it, as long as its changed ;)
Unexpected but very good.
As if there are no bullies in real life that people know by name. It I don't think the advantages top the disadvantages here. RealID might have its use, but forcing it will be so wrong.
Did you see any at all (serious that is), other then through official Blizzard statements?
I do hope they will reconsider and change this functionality a bit so that it is no longer forced. Seeing how realid could also have massive (potential) marketing benefits I doubt they will do so though :( The future will tell us if that was wise (I think not).
Well it certainly not come as a surprise if these rumours tend to turn out even half true. It would be a shame. Lets hope this can get fixed in a way that benefits us gamers in the end.
I can't wait to try the new AI. Hope its good and that the difficulty scales untill a solid level. I do dislike the whole realid, privacy deminishing realid thing and hope it gets taken out or improved privacy wise.
Nice for everyone new to the series indeed.
I seems to me that KeSPA is a mess internally if they let things come this far. Selling rights you do not hold is a big mistake. At that point there was no way Blizzard could let them be.
FAIL would nicely summarize this. Their titles are polished but do seem to become a bit flat in experience (might be to much polish actually). I still love these games more then enough to play them but the way they are trying to going total control over the user experience is something I dislike.
really sad, even though it was to be expected with their stance towards lan in general. I feel that their excuses (to combat piracy this way) is void. The fact that I have to login to play single player doesn't make it any better. ;(
Unbelievable that a game in this state still takes so long to release. Although I do think battle.net 2.0 needs some work before that.
Its a bit of a status quo: as long as they do this well there is no reason for the boss to spank them and make them crank out games faster ;) I think they are actually pretty unique for this as far as gaming companies go.
Delaying titles more then they already do would be more painful then releasing when ready I think.
So they want to integrate facebook so you can hook up with all your international friends, but do not allow you to play with them? That is a bit weird. Maybe its going to be a paid service then?
This is one of the aspects in which their games have actually degraded in quality since this used to be possible "back in the days".
My overall opinion of their games it that while they are good, they also have a bit of a flat experience because they try to maintain a level of control over the gameplay that is to high.
Well this is an interesting turn of events. In the good old days the lucky ones could get their hands on the game pre-launch and play. Now quite a few people received their copy already and nobody can play :/
