nintendo has its own market, the people that play wii dont even know games like gta4 or final fantasy exsist, and frankly they dont care. its two separet markets with none effecting the other, so this OLD guy can go f himself we hardcore gamers aint going nowhere.
its cheapeast one out there and its marketed towards kids what did you expect it to sell.... nothing? i dont think nintendo sale's has a effect on sony, nintendo is in a market all by itself they could sell 100 million consoles right now and it wouldint matter to playstation3 wii owners dont care about the top AAA 3rd party games. so the way i see it wii doesint effect ps3..and ps3 doesint affect wii.

sony is not the only shareholder of mgm, there are many. sony does not have the final on mgm's movie plans. SONY probly said no to this idea(im not saying they did im just giving a example) but the REST of the shareholders maby said yes i want to make a deal with microsoft.......with certin things like this sony does not have the final say.

I'm totally surprised by the fear many users are feeling in wake of this week's numbers.
Why have so many people missed the big point here? Sales volume across the board was low. I'm willing to bet total units moved on both sides hardly scratches the volume numbers from last week's Black Friday domination. A 58:42 win with so little discs factored in certainly couldn't have had a big impact on the YTD or SI numbers. Yet Black Friday alone was enough to move the SI another point...
