They do go on to state "Killzone 2 is perhaps the first game to be worthy of the label PlayStation 3-killer app...What’s really impressive about the game though are the smaller details, like the solidness of all characters with their chunky body armor and overstated battle-worn animations. Sure it’s motion capture touched up with keyframes, but looking at it you know where a large chunk of Sony’s money went and also know that it was money well spent." There is more praise but I'm a ...
Point well made. I hang my head in shame and will send myself to bed with no supper after watching my new bluray. Better? :)
The European Commission and the US authorities in particular are becoming very paranoid about digital technologies and the access by minors to inapropriate content. I can't seem to open the link so I'm unsure what mechanisms Sony will employ.
if you buy me a blueray DVD ... damn things cost quite a bit still!! Kidding ... have a bubble on me sir :)
I think the PS3 would have been finished. IMO, the blueray has been a great selling feature - more and more consumers have HD televisions and the PS3 is one the cheapest and best players on the market. Game size is not, however, an indication of how good a game might be. Size, is not everything (or so they tell me!)
with that kind of money <sigh>
Hi, my name is xxxxx and I'm 36 years old. I've been playing games now since the Acorn electron. My first game was chuckie egg (I think) or maybe frogger. I honestly can't remember. Was sooooooooooooooo long ago. I used to have hair lol :)
Not just in the UK but globally. Of course, each country has very different standards but it's just getting silly now. ELSPA, BBFC, ESRB... So many different bodies that rate games. We need one organisation per country that applies an industry approved/supported template of rating games that puts in place proportionate, appropriate, transparent and consistent criteria for rating games.
:)
I love counterstrike and I wish COD4 had a system of scoring and maintaining records like CS Source does. However, having said that, I'm not that interested (as yet) in this game.
Just plain weird
X-Wing. God I loved that game! I wonder if Lucas Arts will ever re-make such games for the new generation? I hope so. Looking forward to the demo for 'the force unleashed - it will largely determine whether I buy the game or not
It would just take ages to download and I'm going through a very patchy erm patch with my net provider
unless is by a woman in a nurses outfit. But seriously, this is exciting stuff. I've actually started a seperate kitty for PS3 games now so I can get as many as possible! :)
Yet pure genius ... might give that a go later :)
is simply reinforcing the negative stereotypes of women in gaming. Or something. I was trying to sound intelligent. Anyway, the point it, erm the review is farcical. Yes, that's it.
I'm appalled at the one-sided journalism shown here. Lord help us all from reckless hacks like this one! I'm glad he doesn't cover world events like politics and wars!!!
I honestly don't understand half of the stuff written in it about the DVD settings tbh ...
I need to get rid of the gf ... let's face it. I'll be playing it for hours so won't see her anyway :)
Sure - have one on me :)
