SO4 is the first rpg that I played only for the battle system. The story, characters, and voice acting suck sooo very bad. Such a battle system is wasted on that game.
True FF13 looks good but, I've yet to play an jrpg that was as fun and intriguing as Lost Odyssey this gen. Though I really am having fun playing Resonance of Fate at the moment.
This game is a bit hard and it doesn't hold your hand.
So I think if you didn't really like FF 13 for the reasons most people didn't then your likely to enjoy this game.

I've been really looking forward to this game for a while now and hopefully it will fill my jrpg void that ff13 didn't.
It was my understanding that every game studio numbers are shipped to retailers.
Are there any studios that don't?

Its 2 different architectures.... Ps3 couldn't run a 360 engine(unmodified)ether...
but the only way they are going to win against piracy is to not make a game.
I really think companies should really think of more inconspicuous ways of doing things otherwise they may only end making it easier to play a pirated copy then a legit copy.
(First I would like to note that I don't condone downloading, and/or ripping/burning games.)
If people really wanted to, they would wait a week to download a ps3 game. You have to remember that multi-platform(even some exclusives) games wouldn't use the whole blu-ray disk so I wouldn't think most games are going to be 20gb plus if the junk data is removed.
With that being said I would imagine people would find a way to send the games to the ps3 hdd via their home ne...

..then it would put its media capabilities up there with the likes of XBMC. But I don't see MKV coming to ps3 mostly because its mostly a pirate's format. But one can dream.

I'm more excited what the tech could do for pc's. Touch screen controls without having to use a screen.
Imagine a home theater pc setup where there wouldn't be need for a wireless keyboard and mouse (If lighting is not an issue). Just pick the video using your fingers then sit back and relax.
Well I was going to buy the game because it looked fun but now I changed my mind
because its gfx don't look as good as another game..Now I can't enjoy it all
