Played it for a couple of hours and it is lots of fun. 98% rating on Steam (based on roughly 600 reviews so far)
Usually not really interested in VR. In this case however the idea of building a city and then moving in it through street view sounds really cool. Will probably get VR2 in 1-2 years when, hopefully, the price is lower.

I am using game pass all the time through my phone with Razer Kishi. Works great. Playing in bed before going to sleep has been a great way to relax after work and dealing with the kids.
