The first thing that popped into my mind were those football players in Super Mario world. (I think it's a given that one of those AI personalities will be aggressive.)
I hope people can create bosses to defend the finish line.
The amount of enemies on screen and the way they explode. Character models are pretty detailed (I like how the cord from the proton pack to the gun swings) The beams look great and light up the character and the area around them. Shadows cast on characters and the environment.
But I'd be interested in what type if trophies Kojima would come up with...
Hmmm, I'm intrigued. The single player race video that was shown looked worse than Motorstorm 1. But then the video with the two player race and the tech demo looked very good--not perfect--but very good.

Is it just me or, out of the two companies, it feels like Microsoft is the only one using words like 'battle', 'war', etc... in their PR.
While Sony uses statements like 'we'll go our own pace' etc...

If i remember correctly Motorstorm 1 had a slight motion blur. I think it's because they haven't implemented the motion blur yet.
Hmmm, I guess they'll include an overly complicated, albeit useless, alchemy system. Plus integrate hierarchical trade routes with Liberty City; of course it will include a fluctuating reputation system to prevent total conquest through trade alone. :p

The ads did exactly what they were suppose to do. And you can tell because of the way so many people say the game was overhyped.
It doesn't hurt that every other commercial I saw was for the game.
That's why they release movies over xbl and added the streaming media off a pc feature. They got into the console business as a way to get into the living room (in addition to Windows Media Centre PCs). And so releasing a blu ray drive (internal in a new model or external addon) just for movies would only strengthen their position in the living room. They may lose face but it's in their best interest.
