I can't remember the last time I played a first-person game at 30FPS. If my 3080 can't run the game at 60fps then Bethesda is a shitty developer.
So after 10 years of PS dominance, Xbox might win one year?
I think Xbox's budget for marketing is larger than their budget to make games.
So you can get those gamepass subs :D
The dude is like duct tape. Thinks they can fix all the damage done.
They have two devs for driving games?
The only reason why I think many people believe that is because it's Bethesda who doesn't have the greatest record when it comes to polished games. It's also just weird that they don't give more graphical options since that is in most games this generation. It just sucks that this far into the generation we have such a huge release that won't have such options.
Thankfully I have a PC more than capable. I do wonder what is holding the Series X back, or if it's Bethesda being lazy.
Nice, 30fps confirmed then?
I kid, I do hope the game is great and the PG hasn't taken too much on their plate (like how Platinum games did). Are they going to focus on the development of this game and put Forza Motorsport out this fall and take a break or are they trying to develop both at the same time?
Gonna wait to see the games get released in the best quality before making that assumption. Arkane went from making a GOTY contender to whatever Redfall is. I remember when they showed Scalebound and how much hype there was for that only for it to be cancelled. I need to see some games really make an impact that don't involve driving or flying.
The damage control is real right now. Xbox players thought that the showcase was going to be incredible and they got something about average. Was it better than Sony's? Probably, but y'all talk about it like it's Christ reincarnated.
Both showcases were not great. Usually, a decent presentation has at least one big surprise. The problem is there were no big gameplay surprises. Remember in 2016 when Sony showed a huge gameplay surprise for GoW reboot? That was some awesome stuff. I would honestly prefer a pre-rendered video of gameplay than CGI/in-engine/in-game cinematic stuff. At least let me get a feel for what the game will actually be like when I have the controller in my hands.
I hope they mean more new IPs and stuff that isn't broken like Redfall. Cause releasing Forza, Gears, Halo, Minecraft, and Flight Sim every other year is not what I personally want.
Their slogan is literally "power your dreams". I guess they believe people dream in 30fps.
Congrats, 2024 releases, we have no idea what Sony is doing for 2024.
Damn, half of that was Starfield, and another 25% what talking or some expansion/DLC.
Was it better than Sony? Arguably yah, problem is that is the bar was set low and they really didn't do much to excite. Some cool stuff but lacking a lot of gameplay and so many 2024 releases or no release date. I am thankful this is going to be on gamepass so I can play each game for like $15.
"They should leave the children alone."
At least when there are people there they are less likely to get shot.
Disappointing if true. Looks like a rehash of what we know their studios are doing with some indie games.
@giovonni
yes, that's called a lose/lose scenario. Thank you for explaining it as I am sure people didn't understand lol
I do want one but right now it's hard to see myself spending over $500 then another couple hundred for the games.
Wow, letting people experience how the game will play and the value it will bring in a short segment makes people want to play the game more?
REVOLUTIONARY
