Vista could be the problem too. The OS could be taking to much memory there for not reaching ultimate FPS. I could be wrong too. They did say that the 9800 with quad sli had more memory.

Rockstar Screwed up when they PORTED the Game from 360 to ps3. Everyone knows that when a game is ported from the ps3 to the 360 the games are better for BOTH consoles.
