Rockstar is notorious for releasing games in the month of May ( L.A. Noire, Red Dead Redemption, and Max Payne 3 for example). I'll be surprised if I see GTA V before May 2013.
I'm not really sure where they could go with God of War 4. After killing all those bosses throughout the trilogy, seems like there is no one else left for kratos to torture. Also, I think you'll def see Infamous 3 added to this list as well.
Great Article and I'm glad that the Darkness 2 also made the list. The Walking Dead Game is simply phenomenal because I never thought a point and click game could be so engaging and addictive as this game is.

Presentation and endorsements are GREAT though so hopefully they can elevate or introduce new things to the mode for 2k13.
Great article Owen and I agree with your points. No doubt NBA 2k13 will be under alot of pressure but I would expect there to be even more changes then just the stick functionality by the time the game drops.

Just about everything was Predictable about E3 2012..
Next year when all theses new consoles get announced, that E3 will blow this one out the water completely guaranteed
BioShock definitely deserves to be on that list. I recall when I first played the demo on my friends Xbox 360. That in turn pushed me to buy a 360 of my own and I haven't been disappointed since.
Glad that the Vita is starting to get some decent titles. Hopefully there will be plenty more to come soon.

Honestly, I can understand why you would say that. The first one was ok at best and def had some flaws to it overall. But the sequel has been dramatically improved upon. This pretty much takes all the great things about the first game and puts everything on a larger scale. The RPG elements are back along with the hack and slash combat so fans will feel right at home with this game. As for THQ, they better hope the game sales exceed expectations because my guess now it's even more importan...
Saints Row and Darksiders are the 2 franchises they need to focus on keeping intact. Maybe eventually they will be in a better position to do new IP but for now they need to stick to their guns.

Madden NFL 13 shouldn't even be on this list because it's nothing more then a port of Madden NFL 12 with NO Cross Play functionality. Also, COB Black Ops Declassified isn't even being developed by Activision so it's not even gonna feel like a true COD game. As for the others, yeah they should be alright but Vita still needs more quality games then whats on this list.
