Demon Souls is definitely worth picking up. Although it's probably not for everyone, it's still a very interesting game with plenty of replayability.

I'm sure even more copies will sell with that new Combo pack for $29.99 coming out. Two Gears games and all the DLC for that price is too cheap to pass up for new comers.

Huh? No, I was just noticing all the articles here on how the PS3 was hacked and it kind of makes sense that this would have something to do with that. It's early January and a new COD game wouldn't even run a beta until probably September, way too early for anyone to be playing it, especially since Activision uses 360's.
Not to sound biased or anything because I own all the consoles, but I doubt they are doing alpha testing on the PS3. They use the 360 dev kits for all the Call Of Duty games. So this is obviously some kind of photo edit or hack from the new PS3 hacks going on.
Metro 2033 was one of my favorite games of the year last year. I thought it was really well done, I wish more people would have bought it though as the online felt a little dead. More people need to start buying these new ips. For an Xbox 360 exclusive it definitely deserved better sales.
Well this isn't really a surprise to be honest. Kinect seems like more the innovation. With several of the Kinect titles already going platinum as well I can see Kinect lasting a long, long time.
Move just wasn't for me, in all honesty I just cant get next to using a motion controller in a competitive game like Killzone 3 or anything, not when others would be using standard controllers.
I have a Girlfriend who likes doing the whole club scene, Dance Central gets her motor going so to speak. She has some girlfriends who come over and like to play too. So sometimes I have quite a few ladies dancing sexily in my living room playing Dance Central. Not such a bad thing at all.
Congratulations to Microsoft, Rare and Harmonix! I own both of these games for my Kinect and they work wonderfully, really must own games if you have a Kinect. Especially if you have the lady friends over (wink)
Micheal Ironside, great job in Splinter Cell. Also John Dimaggio who voices Bender the robot in Futurama as well as Marcus Fenix in Gears. He has been in a ton of games aside from Gears as well.
The game seems interesting, but $15 a month for a single game is a bit much. I'll have to pass for now, maybe if the price comes down I'd be down for it.
I'd love it if a new Sega console came out. Sega still has a fanbase, they still make quality games. What they would need to do is wait for the NFL License to expire with EA and that way they could go back to doing the 2K sports games exclusively on the Dreamcast. Focus on the Adult gamer and online play.

I have 10 different PSN's and also a PSP account. I think that's why the numbers are a little exasperated. I believe I read on this site sometime ago that Halo 3 on XBL actually had two times the total amount of PSn users on every PS3 game at the same time.
Isn't Kinect Sports closing in on 3 million? Plus Kinect Adventures is packed with it, so 8 million copies of that game have been technically sold. Dance Central also went Platinum.
Impressive to say the least. I bet a lot of these are due to being bundled with Kinect. A lot of places had the 4 GB XBox 360s bundled with Kinect for $299 with $50 off, which is a heck of a deal.
Over 50 million consoles on a sophomore console try is very good.
Were all the winners actually, no matter what console you prefer, competition makes the world go round and makes these companies strive to be better. Congrats.
Let's not forget that OVER 50 million XBox 360's have now been SOLD as well. Good for them. Not a bad outing for MS.

I'll also add that paying $64 a year for the different sports titles that have no real improvements other then a roster update has gotten way past old, now they force you to buy the new game or you cant play online. It's such a monopoly tactic and someone needs to do something.

I'm not a huge fan of dedicated servers. I play a lot competitively with Gamebattles.com and games with dedicated servers usually are difficult to do Gamebattles on, you need to be able to host servers and invite people in ect...
