Almost every time new mmo comes out stupid questions like that are beeing asked.
And answer is always the same, no one will beat wow, it will kill itself after 2-3 years when blizzard release MMO titan.
(remember how starwars misurably failed and before it was released articles like this were common will it kill wow)
Better question should be will it survive atleast 2 years before going free to play?)
Devs will loose money from that. How many of you would be buying same ammount of games like you usualy do if you wouldnt be able to sell them later?
For example i buy about 15 games a year and i sell 13 of them after i completed them. So if i would not be able to sell games i would be much more careful with buying and maybe buy 5 games a year instead of 15. Only the ones i want really really bad.
Most likely it will be about 10% more powerful then current ps3 and xbox360. Thats very cool untill ps4 will be released witch will after 2 years from now.
So Nintendo will have 1 and a half year to make good sells, after that they will be forced to drop price and sells will go down little by little.

i am not wow fan and not even playing it anymore, but this crap could never beat wow, actually no one can, maybe guild wars 2 will be most close to that and steal 10% of customers.

This is first game ever that is better then the film! i cannot believe it myself, completed first episode 3 times already, so cool!
when you complete game, watch credits till the end and lisen to music, i havent had such a cool feeling when i completed game for many years.
i completed downpour 3 times, super good game and music is good even without that japanese guy.
i never played that game :)
