Yeah, that totally sums up what the game is lol. It's so anti modern shooter it's unbelievable, but they manage to back it up with a great FPS that plays amazingly.
To have PS+... I can't wait for instant game library to come to Vita
The site doesn't use numbers to grade, but 5 out of 6 is a close approximation to the scale used.

I think it's a bit of both, the RTS element is choosing which battle and what ships through the star map. They haven't really made that clear in their press releases, but they're sending us more information hopefully soon. Visually it looks awesome though.
