yea against my initial thought of me not liking this game, i bought it anyway, it was ok....
I got the same feeling when I played wii sports, it was "OK" in the begining but LBP got really boring after a while, ended up selling on Amazon marketplace.

i need a little help... or maybe i suck bad.. but i can't seem to stay alive in this game... i read on a forum that maybe i should stick around "megaton" for a while and build my character to respectable level. the first time around i went to megaton talk to a couple of people then left and i kept getting my butt handed to me...
I started to play F3 a couple of days ago.. it seems pretty cool, I really want to get dive into this game and part of what attracted to me to this game is its potential long playing time.
I've never played a fallout game, or any game similar to this, so i'm trying to get used to it.

Oh man... I couldn't agree with you more... i thought i was the only one... Resistance 2 was a huge disappointment in my eyes... I like you was a HUGE r1 fan.. the multiplayer of r1 kept me going for months... it was great... this time around the single player was meh... and the multiplayer left a lot to be desired... Was not impressed..
I luckily managed to get it sold on Amazon market place earlier today ;)

yikes 4/10 is a little harsh... but i really didn't have to play this game either... it was meh... to say the least...

R1 seemed to be way more balanced than this game (again besides the LARK in part 1).
This is spawn, and try to stay alive for more then 10 seconds.. unlike part one.. the environments almost helped you to stay alive somewhat. Here its more tighter maps, it's pretty much who ever gets seen first (you or your oppenent) equals the person that is ...
I just beat SP last night it was meh.... I was looking forward to the online game, and not for what they promised, but for how r1 was, that online game besides the freaking LARK.. was awesome, they definitely manage to ruin that feeling this time around.
It feels way to Unreal Tournament-ish to me.. 7.5 is about right for this game.

i do feel that this game is different from part one. I can't put my finger on it. Now this is just my opinion so sony fanboys can keep it moving. Part one's multiplayer seemed to have a better feel to it. Sure this is an FPS shooter, so obviously the objective is THAT. but this is way "TO" run and gun or try to stay alive, and something is being lost in the gameplay factor??

yea i don't know... the mulitplayer this time around is a little strange... I can literally start shooting someone the EXACT same time he'll start shooting at me. But yet, I will ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS, die first? And I'll be aiming at the head the entire time. RFOM 1 seemed to be spot on the "keeping you alive" just a little longer. I was pretty disappointed with the feel of R2, i mean i logged hours and hours for months on R1, my wife hated that game for that reason, the story was so good, and man the mulitplayer was very very very good and balanced with the exception of the jokers using the LARK.
But R2 didn't do it for me, even the look, the colors, it just didn't feel the same, the mulitplayer also lost what made R1 so good, the person above said it best, i think they were trying to hard to compete with ...
