The update is PC only. I'm pretty sure most console updates have been behind the scenes stuff.

Melee weapons in FPS - HL/Condemned/Prey/TF2/etc
Psychic Powers - Psi-Ops
Flamethrower - Alot of Games, KZ2 has a good one.
Taser - Syphon Filter
Type 7 - FEAR (My all time favorite I think. Looks cool. Sounds cool. Aftermath is cool, nothing but steaming skeleton bodies!)

I played Crysis way back in January of 2007, almost a full year before it's release, needless to say, I was ecstatic.
Flash forward to November, my rig could chug the game along on high at 720p 0aa. It still looked good, but mind you... at the time, my rigs price doubled that of a PS3 or 360 console/bundle.

BC2 is better on the consoles. Not graphically, but playability and ease of use. I mean, its great to see Dice taking advantage of DX11 and other PC aspects, but try to join a decent server without any issues.
Almost everything on the list has been asked for repeatedly by a LOT of players, balancing, server problems, game crashing, etc
Sadly though, theres still quite a few major problems about the MP. Later weapons and perks are still too overpowered, while maps are still poorly designed, with "spawn camping" happening much too often.
Hopefully their looking into some quick weapons balancing, and a team of map designers to fix spawn bottlenecks.
