Never once in my life have I ever pirated a game. I want game developers to have incentive so I give it to them with my hard earned money if they deliver a quality game.
Not really the case in D2 anymore because you have to spend loads of points on skills you don't want due to synergies. This system sounds a lot better and I guarantee there will be a bunch of passive skills. On top of that each tier will have a few good skills I'm sure.
Needs Terry Bogard imo.
I bought it and completed all of the cups. Great game. I will never be able to play another racer unless there are in-car views from now on.

I would have to say COD 4 is the greatest, followed by HL2 (and CS). There's a long distance between those two and everything else.
How would you know it was Diago when he has lost tons of times. I realize that he is a great player, but he's nowhere near unbeatable.
Guys come on playing games is not a career option. So let's say you are elite and play games 8 hours per day. What will you average in a year? $50K maybe, if you are elite. With no benefits and some years you will earn substantially less due to intense competition.

So much rationalization going on in this thread. Even if the effects of piracy are overblown (which I don't think they are) piracy is still illegal and no one has any right to dl a game unless they paid for it. How on earth can someone be OK with stealing a game when they consider how much hard work and effort a developer put into the game. Only to have it stolen by some zit faced kid? Give me a break. If a company doesn't want you to be able to dl the game to try it out then you have no legal right to do so. Rationalize any way you want.
Lot's of people seem confused and don't understand why this game actually cost R* a ton of money. There is a concept called opportunity cost. By making CTW, R* passed up on the opportunity to make a GTA game for another console or the PSP that potentially (and probably) would have sold more units. Hence the opportunity cost.
Also, I hear people often speak of how DS games take a long time to reach 1 million units sold. Well that's fine, but time is money. 1 million units so...
Time is money. 1 million units sold over a year or two simply isn't nearly as profitable as 1 million sold during the first month. I have CTW and think it's a decent game, but it simply can not be called a huge financial success any way Nintendo slices it at this point.
How poor are pirates ffs? Buy the freaking games losers. Man if I couldn't afford a $60 game every once in a while I would /wrist.
If they use the music from the first game I will /wrist. Also, if they make you follow the traffic laws and drive super slow to tons of objectives I will /wrist too. Finally, arriving at a new objective with 3 health remaining from the previous objective was ftl; fix that.
This game has a lot of growing to do to be near as good as GTA, but if they can fill the gaps I might buy.
