well I agree they haven't maximised it, like in the way, if you look at a PS2 game from the start of that generation and a PS2 game from the end of the generation there is a massive difference, but to say they're not even using the power it has is not right, in my opinion.
Also, it will take time to maximise the hardware. I'm sure the next batch of games they release will be much better. such as Wolverine, Gran turismo 8, the next ratchet and clank, etc.
