is without a doubt THE BEST sniper rifle in gaming history.
Secondary fire is a grenade launcher!
But even better...
"Ghost Bullet" allows FULL CONTROL of the projectile (in slow motion) to direct where you want, even around corners, for MULTIPLE headshots!! In some sections of the game that could mean as many as 6-8 headshots from a single bullet!
*EDIT: @ knight With all the enemies storming you at once you need the firepower ...
jumps to conclusions without using rationale or common sense.
I experienced absolutely NO lag...then again, all it takes is just one noob who can't draw a bead on his target to cry "lag" and all the haters jump on it like it's the last virgin at a keg party.
If there is a problem, then I have no doubt it has to do with people's television setups. It's the same reason why you have to calibrate for different tv types in Rock Band.
@ Montrealien - It's strange but, the news had the same effect on me. I think because Free Radical didn't deserve their fate.
@ grkblood13 - I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
So many worthwhile franchises potentially saved.
I only hope they don't forget about Haze. IMO it's a fun, innovative FPS and doesn't get the respect it deserves. I still play it to this day, the co-op is a blast.
but Gears2 on the PS3 would be a day one purchase for me!
@ Thom - I was thinking the same thing. I have 3 characters, with over 100 hrs invested into each of them. It'd be hard to just throw all that away.
If there's no online multi of any sort then it'll be the 360 ver. for me.
You should have received your demo code at the time of purchase. Best get down there ASAP and straighten this out since some GS's have already reported being out of demo cards!
Dziedkanski dies from being TASERED to death. His friend, Baltakis, labels the video tasteless by making this statement:
"...I can tell you for Robert Dziekanski...it was not a game. It was terribly SHOCKING."

LMFAO
Here's another. It's not Halo3 but,
It's the Best Damn Halo2 Double Kill Video Yet

"Howzit goin' eh?"
Two Worlds =P
See ya online =)
It's 4 in the afternoon here and I'm just waking up from another all-nighter Warhawk session (about the 12th one in the last 2 weeks)
Totally addictive, totally fun!
It's for real. He's playing the leaked internet version (not a hardcopy) off a PS2 hard drive.
Warning: major spoilers
The game looks, sounds and plays just like the original but, with a few additions that I've seen: carry more weapons, executions with firearms and I think bottles and bricks can be used as weapons.
Unfortunately, it seems R* didn't make any changes to the wonky control mechanics =(
Not sure if this should be approved. It's l...
But, he doesn't comment on wether or not all our stats from the last 5 days are gone for good. I'm hoping the master servers were still receiving the info and kept record of it, even though they weren't able to update them at that time.
Warhawk is AAA-dictive.
Those of you who have played it know exactly what I mean (I can hear all the beta testers saying "I told ya so!")
Another review I read sums it up perfectly: "Warhawk has this great One-More-Game feeling."
Here's a nice screenshot:
But, that was BEFORE Warhawk and the never-ending play sessions that will have me pulling yet ANOTHER all-nighter.
I barely remember what "sleep" feels like.
Maybe with this forced downtime I can catch up on some much needed rest.
Thank god for updates!
On a sidenote: I think Incognito should rename it WarCrack =P
I thought we were gonna get a public beta before then.
Anyone have any news about an open beta date? Or has it been cancelled?
but, with 3 "yet to be revealed" games I'm not giving up hope ;)
oh, and anything on RE5 would also be great (even though it's such a long time coming, essentially making ANY news at this point a big tease)
Now take that brutal melee combat, add new finishers, the ability to throw weapons and an "arena" style multiplayer element =)
Hobo Fight Club should be intense, and a refreshing change from online shooters.
I think it was Perfect Dark on the 64, but I could be wrong.
