These GT games are like a work of art. Everything, even the menues are fine tuned. Looks great!

I just got a wii last wednesday and haven't taken it out of the box yet. It's easy to fall into the hype and when walmart goes over the lound speaker and says "we have 6 wiis available." i went ahead and bought it. Now i'm debating if i should sell it or not. I have a ps3 that takes up most of my time (and money for games). so it's hard to support both. There are NO games on wii right now that i just have to get. The kids will keep playing it for a while, but i don't see the adults ...

a lot of review sites get this wrong. The 40gb ps3 does play PSOne games.

it will be a while before there's a slim version. I wondered why the ps3 was so big until i saw the videos on youtube of someone taking it apart. this thing is full top to bottom. there isn't any unused space.
So.. if I said: Right now the PS3 is selling more than the 360 worldwide. What kind of reply whould I get back?
That's right! WAIT until next month and the 360 will be on top! I think 360 "owners" are starting to wait too:)
i bought it for games. I didn't get mine until october of this year. I have 8 games so far. $60 a game is still a good bit of money. So if you figure most people are just now buying the console, it will be some time before they drop another $120 for a couple of games. Now that the install base is larger, you should see game sales pick up big time next year. Even with the price drop, it's still a factor and that added cost is eating into game revenue.

I really belive that MS will have to create a new system to keep up with the ps3 when it hits it's stride. This will most likely happen BEFORE the ps3 catches up sales wise. So for everyone stating how many sony has to sell each month before it catches up to the 360, I think it's irrelevant. MS will give up way before that happens.
PS3 the ONLY next-gen system.
Ratchet and Clank is a fun game. It's good to take a break from FPS's every once in a while.
