It should always say on the box, and if you don't get everything included either by retailer or by manufacturer then you simply call in, or if that doesn't work, sue.
C'mon consumers. Learn to shop. Learn to research your purchases (especially when expensive) and don't listen to the floor clerks or sales representatives unless you know them well.
I wish I could create or recreate things like this... minecraft, lbp, spark, starcraft, warcraft, Sims, timesplitters, unreal tournament 99, ect... I guess I'm just not that creative :-(
It's a shame, but, regardless, I absolutely love my vita... and the 3 to 4 free ps+ games (cross-buy games) make it the ultimate portable gaming device.
This was bound to happen, and it's also late news. Pretty sure I remember OR and some orifice device last year...
OR could get a lot of revenue and a lot of publicity (regardless of negative publicity or positive... There "is no such thing as negative publicity").
Whereas I don't think it's GameStop's fault, the ghost edition is selling for almost $150 more than it was...
I feel sorry for those consumers, but i feel more sorry for those GameStop clerks who have to deal with those customers being angry.

-Microsoft's PR is great: and it's usually nothing better than industry standard.

Through the PlayStation app on a cell phone you can put any picture on there... I haven't experimented with it too much, but if that avatar saved on your ps3, maybe you could put it on a flash drive? Then xfer to cpu then to phone, then upload?

I find story to be more captivating, sometimes. Like binary domain had average gameplay, but was cool enough in plot to keep me entertained and WANT to keep playing.
Which is also how I felt about spec ops - average/good gameplay with a great sorry. Not every tps can redefine the genre.

@xb1_ps4, the problem exists when a THIRD PARTY PUBLISHER like EA decides to stop going multiplatform and goes exclusive (or timed). It really doesn't matter about exclusivity, it's just that first party is understandable as it's supported entirely by the platform.

Ok, rise of the tomb raider is a sequel to tomb raider. Tomb raider definitive edition released on the same day for ps4 and xb1. It also sold more copies on ps4. Ps4 also has a bigger install base.

Yeah, this comment is coming from a MARKETING director. I worked at GameStop for almost 3 years, and heard many people angry at buying the cooling system for the original 360 when it rrod-ed.
