Please does anyone know if this new wii will have backward compatibility? I'm considering buying a wii, but if the new one will be able to play original wii games, then I might as well just save up

I love Storm's theme song from Marvel Vs Street Fighter. Brings back all the memories. Also love Fallout 3's main menu theme. I would just idle and let it play through. Unreal Tournament and God of War also have awesome music.

When should someone ever play a handheld? I find it just too hard to leave my ps3 and pc to go and play on such a tiny screen. I cant play while travelling because its too distracting and I find listening to music + reading to be better. So when do people play handhelds really???

Everytime I see Lightning I am overwhelmed with this inexplicably feeling of just...pure negativity. Dammit. I thought the feeling would leave after FFXIII but upon watching this trailer, I was reminded of how much I hate, um I mean dislike her. Arrgh!!!! *Pulls on hair*
I know that IGN switched to the 20 point scale, but I think that in this case, they should have made an exception. It just does not make sense that the ps3 version is BETTER (heck even IGN admits) but then they score it lower than the 360 version they say is inferior. Its just plain dumb.

If I were Microsoft, I would not care about Japan much. Sure the 360 flops in Japan, but in everywhere else it is definitely doing okay to good. Mass Effect 3 !!! The first two were so awesome, hope the third blows them out of the water. Then Dragon Age 2. I just hope bioware dont mess it up with the whole new "third person over the shoulder" bla bla bla they were talking about. Then Gears 3. Killzone 3 will be good as usual, and uncharted as well.

PC is really really good. But my biggest problem with it is... well I have two problems with it. First of all, its all the freaking upgrading thats expensive. As a console progresses, hardware stays exactly the same, but the games keep looking better. 2006 PS3s will run the upcoming Killzone 3 no problem. Good luck finding a 2006 "gaming pc" and running Mass Effect 3 maxed out when it comes out lol

why did bioware release the game with that stupid mining minigame? there is no way they could have thought that junk would be fun. Other than that, I can honestly say Mass Effect 2 is perfect in everything else. Best game I have played in a long, long time. Brilliant.

Piracy sucks, but homebrew is not all evil. In my opinion, sony's official ps3 updates have been crap so far. Things I would like, and I have seen other ps3 owners ask for, such as pushing the home-button to instantly view a new trophy or message, or cross-game chat and voice messaging have all been ignored by Sony. Instead sony is giving us junk like facebook and some TV bla bla bla.... If some one came out with custom firmware with the features I want, I dont see what is wrong in gettin...

Hollywood is damn racist. But I don't think N4G is the right place to be having this kind of argument. All the minority groups are given sh*tty "support" roles in every movie with the leads being all white, or worse, minorities, especially blacks are portrayed in a stereotypically negative light.
If you are thinking of mentioning Blade, Morpheus or Danzel Washington in one or two movies, save it. You can count the exceptions on the fingers of one hand.
