Unfortunately the whole case comes down to "breach of contract". The two may (most likely) lose this case on the grounds that they broke their contract which may have had language that barred them from trying to seek employment at another studio, or at the very least potentially setting up an agreement with another studio. I hate to say it, but I think that Acti might have a stronger case than those two. It's sad because Acti is making a crap ton of money off all of its franchise...

Maybe the original review meant the TOTAL length of cut scenes equal a time of 90 minutes, which to me, sounds pretty realistic for a video game. This should have been done in the beginning. Japan already has several PS1 games I would rather play than what we here in the US have. Pretty damn amazing. As a 3D animator, I find this technology definitely a step in the right direction for realistic lighting. Not only is this an amazing example of real time lighting, its a beautiful example of how technology is evolving. Props for finishing this song on expert, I can only do hard. Second, unless you actually play the guitar, you've pretty much wasted your time. Third, I feel like I'm going to vomit after watching that.
