Solid 9.5 for me. If you don't own this game, do yourself a favor and go get it. If you don't own a PS3, do yourself a bigger favor and go get one.
They can defend it all they want. 60 dollars for a bunch of songs featured in old guitar hero's? Such a rip-off. I own Guitar Hero 1, 2, and 3 on the PS2 and now they are worthless because the games won't recognize the PS3 controllers. I don't have my PS2 anymore because my PS3 is backwards compatible.
So even though I have spent around 200 dollars for GH 1, 2, and 3, I have to spend 60 more just to get half the songs on my PS3. Unbelievable.

This game looks very interesting. I'm personally a little tired of all of the remakes of NYC and other big US cities and it will be interesting to see some European cities for a change.

If there is one company that should be allowed to talk whatever smack they want, it's Infinity Ward. These guys have proven again and again that they can deliver an amazing experience on multiple platforms.

I'm keeping an eye on this game. For me its all about the "feel" of the shooter. You know, the little things that you can't really describe such as how tight the game feels, the pacing, and how long it generally takes to kill someone. Balance is another very important issue. I'm just curious to see if a game with this many people will be able to function in a market where many people enjoy the lone wolf scene. I think it is certainly possible due to the way the game is being designe...

Yep I have played a lot of amazing games in my time but MGS3 tops them all. Big Boss is simply the most amazing video game character ever made and I have always looked at him as the good guy even before anything that happened in MGS4 was known.

Lets see, RE5 and DMC4 are both linear third person games where not a lot is going on at once and the environments are rather small. Fallout 3, while much larger and certainly more impressive, is a game set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland (aka not very nice to look at) with similar environments throughout and unimpressive character models/detail. Not to mention quite buggy.
Point being, all 3 of those games are great but they are certainly not the graphical showcases that FF game...
