Key to any story, blog, essay, article or whatever is getting to the point. Camera hogging - even by some kid with bad taste in music is the best way to lose viewers. Hip Hop Gamer: You are not interesting, but your story selection is. Your story is the "star."
Fact is, so much of what we do is influenced by religion, including game story lines. I just don't want to acknowledge religion of any sort in what is supposed to be fun. Religion isn't fun. Religion-based war...religion-based militias...priests and popes raping kids and covering up. It's disgusting. No game, I don't care how tasteless, should ever be judged by religious wackos. They just need to do the rest of us one big favor and GO AWAY - ONLY AFTER PAYING THEIR TAXES AND GOING TO JAI...

Nice try - Batman was a great game; I loved it. But it still sits in Uncharted 2's shadow. U2 was absolutely riveting.
I love the PS3, but I'd make the exception for Insomniac... their games are pretty well crafted and should be shared with a larger audience. R&C is the series that made me run out and buy a PS2. I didn't break out with the cash for the PS3 until Tools of Destruction appeared (bought the game and console on same night). My hunch is that Resistance 3 will be the shizz when it finally arrives. How old is HE? 17? He might know about gaming, but his lame attempt at being impartial is very transparent - he got on my nerves. The professorial pauses and glances askew are ridiculous, at best... What I do like are the demos he uses and his updates on what games will be available (assuming he's responsible enough to validate before posting).

SMG was great...for a Nintendo game. Its fun, but how can people deny it's story book feel? Nothing wrong with that either.
I play console games to escape all the Facebook/Twitter crap that's already on my iPhone and laptop...I prefer games without interruptions and reading lame status updates - ENOUGH!
