I don't know 80% of these games (despite being 27) and I'm tired of seeing latter-day love for BG&E. Yes we know it was critically acclaimed and sold like crap. Stop bringing it up. Lemmings 3D however, now that's a great obscure title that was surprisingly fun.
I ordered their Skull Kid last year... and it just showed up in March this year. Took forever but it looks friggin' great. I'd expect this light-up Samus to be similarly late-and-awesome.

The article addresses the fact that black isn't the sole reason they fail, it just so happens that 99% of black consoles fail. Therefore, if I were making a new electronics product, I might look at how well the DS Lite, Wii and iPod are doing, while PSP, PS3 and Zune are trailing considerably.
ALSO READ the article, it mentions PS2, Dreamcast, the fact that some consoles come in multiple colors etc. Christ at least read it if you're going to bother posting comments about it.

Wow. But at times I'd wonder how much better off we'd be if all the grey-haired lunatics running the world were usurped by far-younger leaders. New ideas, fresh policies, no more Dark Ages "games are corrupting our children!" nonsense. Sounds good to me.
Good list except for two cheap entries: Dr. Light (who's actually a fan?) and the Star Wars characters. They're not really game characters. It'd be like putting J. Jonah Jameson on the list.

My friends and I tried to organize a session with all three of us in Mario Kart. Even though we were all online, we never all three appeared online to each other at the same time. This happened repeatedly. It's also too hard to jump around sessions with an already formed group. Blug, there's no reason online should be this annoying.
