@MrBeatdown: Well, for example "Definitive Edition" is missing 29 songs. So, 2 hours of music is just cut out because Rockstar doesn't want to pay for rights.

Well, people don't even notice that almost all movies ever made are 24 fps. Including movies released this year. So people get used to it.

@ CannOfPoo : Pretty much every zombie movie or series nowadays involves some sort of infection. Even Walking Dead doesn't have zombies with your definition because even they are infected.

However, Romero never explained how people become zombies.

It is more likely that PS6 wouldn't do neither Blu-ray nor cartridges. It is possible that PS6 is going to have just downloadable games.

Well, input lag is different thing than bandwidth. You can have very high bandwidth and still have crappy input lag (there are several examples of that) or vice versa. And quality of signal isn't the same as input lag either.

And it wasn't input lag why they chose not to use Bluetooth.

@TK-66: Most gamers don't care about VR and I think VR is just a fad. I've tried several VR head sets and all of them have been complete garbage.

I don't think even Half-life fans are gonna buy this game or VR head set. My guess is that this game won't even get 0.1 million sales total. Half-life fans are gonna skip this game because this isn't real Half-life game. To me this game seems to be pure garbage.

I hate microtransactions but I'm afraid that they probably won't go away. Although over 90% of gamers never buy any MT, that 10% is enough for companies. This has happened in mobile gaming, even in mobile games only tiny portion of gamers buy any MT. If there are 100 million downloads for a free-to-play game, only 5-10 million only pay anything and rest of the players use 0 dollars. This strategy only works because some can use hundreds of dollars for MT. This applies to all mobile ga...

A lot of PC players play old games, I play them regularly. Actually, there are more remastered old games on PC than PS4 and XBox One combined. And they sell a lot more too. Heck, even those new "retro" games are released almost always first on PC and then MAYBE on PS4 and XBox 1. For example, Minecraft was released years later on consoles (graphically Minecraft is retro), after it was popular on PC.

Headline is just a clickbait because headline is actually a lie. There have been a lot of FF games on other consoles as other have pointed out.

I have played couple of Kojima games and I think he is most overrated game maker ever. For example MGS4 is a horrible game and plot is just laughable. Plot may seem complicated but even 5-year-old could make much better plot. If MGS4 would have been a movie, it would have been called as one of the worst movies ever.

His games seem to be complicated but those are just randomly generated junk. Plot seem complicated but it is just because plot makes no sense.

Japan is big but about as big a market as Germany. Yes, just Germany alone. Japan is less than 10% of gaming market and less than 2% of the world population. Handhelds are different matter, they are very popular in Japan.

So, Japan does factor in just as much as Germany. Or UK or France etc. Japan is tiny market compared to EU.

Btw. 6 million PS4's don't sound so much when PS4 has sold around 80 million consoles. 32 million consoles has been sold...

@yeahokwhatever: Yes, Bugatti Veyron may be the fastest (actually, it isn't even fastest car anymore) but useless to most people. I wouldn't buy it even if I would be a billionaire and, in fact, most billionaires don't own Bugatti and don't even want one. It is very clumsy and completely unpractical in real life. It is fast but no one uses it every day because you can only drive fast with it (and even that is illegal on normal road). So comparing PC to Bugatti makes console g...

What most PC gamers here don't understand that most people don't even care about graphics, they care about gameplay. If game doesn't have good gameplay, it is a bad game, no matter how good graphics are. Heck, most people don't see any difference between 2K and 4K or 30 fps and 60 fps and don't care even if they do. All of that is meaningless. That is why Wii and now Switch has become popular. Fun is most important part of gaming, not graphics. Game can have horrible graph...

Well, my phone is 3 years old and PC is 5 years old (without upgrades) and they still work fine. You don't need to upgrade them every year. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

The trouble with your argument is that also home console market is getting smaller. PS4 is selling well but it is nothing compared to PS2. And it seems that PS4 will never sell as much as PS2. Sure, you could say that "real" games are only released on consoles but most gamers don't even have a home console. You have to remember there are over 2 billion owners of smart phones but less than 100 million owners of X1 and PS4 combined in the world.

In terms of sales, PC isn't crushing anything. Sales are gonna be miserable on PC compared to console sales. Remember, in Japan PC doesn't even exist.

And most people think Star Citizen is just a hoax. So far, everything suggests that Star Citizen is going to be complete failure.

And there are very few Microsoft exclusives. And very few of them are worth buying (maybe 1-2 games per year).

@addictgamer: Wouldn't using only $300-$400 on their console actually make them more likely to buy VR sets etc, because they have more money after buying console. With your logic, PC games should cost a lot more than consoles games. In reality, console games cost a lot more and still console gamers usually buy more games. So, why PC gamers buy less games with cheaper price, although they are prepared to use more money on their rig?

Just think about it, it isn't abo...

Those Steam surveys are pure crap. Most PC gamers aren't even Steam users. Perhaps 20% (at best) have ever used Steam in their life. Those who don't use Steam are less likely to have good rig. Second, internet surveys generally are always wrong. Remember, those who are active Steam users are more likely to answer this survey. Passive users won't answer it because they are less likely to even notice survey even exists. And also those who have better rig are also more likely to answ...

But as a collectors edition this is completely worthless without physical game and soundtrack. And, no, you can't collect digital games. And neither can you collect digital movies, music etc. You can buy them but that isn't collecting unless you can re-sell them. And if you can't re-sell what you have bought, you don't own them. Most digital movies, music etc can only be called as long-time rentals.
