this will be something simple for devs to get into games. f**king love how sony always tries to push the envelope. they really do try to move the industry forward, between this tech and natal coming . . . gaming is hopefully moving to a completely immersive virtual reality...cant wait for this shiite

Completely agree with you. This isn't the first and won't be the last time it has happened. it happens in film and television too... What is the problem? To me it is like pointing out that there is no sound in space as a reason that star wars is inaccurate and wrong

I guess I can see that, but I believe that is a small minority that are used as examples by many. Like everyone else, I hate being painted with a broad brush like that. I am American, I do not believe that makes me the center of the universe and I think there are more Americans like me than like the ones you describe. But we may have to agree to disagree on that.

I never said without the US there would be no xbox, you kind of made a leap there. What I said was that the US is the largest gaming market in the world, like it or not, and success here, whether it be mild or huge, is necessary for survival. I wasn't saying that the rest of the world does not matter, but that as a rule, success in the US is necessary for sustained growth. Whether you like it or not, I think that the big three would agree with me.

reviewers don't review a game for 48 straight hours trying everything they can do to hack and glitch in a game. Seriously. The game is fun as hell, and if you let a few glitches or a few morons who hack ruin your time then that is on you. I have a blast and have yet to encounter anything that makes me say this game is broken and I have put in a lot of time. But I only play Hardcore TD so maybe I am missing all the trouble. But unlimited ammo and no reloading actualy sounds like fun to me...

it isn't a glitch, people get killed by there own explosives all the time. Things go haywire, as they say Shiite happens
it is what makes it fun for me. The fact that I really don't care if I die as long as I ruin a kill streak, and all the while using the tools the developer gave me. Grenades, rockets, ac130's predator missles, what ever it takes to kill that person. I would say most of the time people who are stationary are snipers, and why on earth would they run and gun that makes no sense.
thanks for the non hostile response. I guess I have not run into that problem. I play only in hard core and that seems to help a little. makes you slow down a bit and not run like a mad man. I usually have one class set up with a grenade launcher in case someone is just sitting and "camping" I find it kind of fun to try and kill them. I don't really care what my K/D ratio is especially if I know I have ruined a campers game by hitting time and time again with a grenade launche...
you know, there are ways to kill everyone in every situation. Seriously, people always complain about camping, every time someone dies it is a campers fault. Use a f*cking smoke bomb, use a grenade launcher, use a stun grenade, use a different class, but most importantly GET OVER IT. If a guy has more than 1 or 2 deaths he isn't camping, he just might be good

there would be glitches and exploits. No matter how much testing you do you can never duplicate hundreds of thousands of people trying to find something, anything in the game that will allow them to cheat. Quit complaining about it, don't like it, don't play it. think it is overhyped trash don't buy it and don't rent it and dont' play it.
I just enjoy games, including the ones who have minor gameplay expoits because MOST people don't use them.
so many people read the artcle. It isn't a ban, it is a small suspension for getting caught cheating, seems pretty fair to me. Don't cheat if you don't think you can handle 48 hours without a video game
not sure what it is called but it is a death streak perk, like the first one you get. I think game playing is different in the different modes. in hard core, if you cannot kill a "camper" than you need to figure out how to as a team, otherwise you will lose.
