For me, I want each new generation of consoles to usher in better immersion. This does include graphics, but also AI, enemies on screen, animation, and innovative mechanics. Basically ideas that were just not feasible on previous hardware.
And for some reason (perhaps its completely in my head) but I cannot get immersed in a PC game like I can console. I LOVE my PC. SC2, FF14, Hearthstone, ect are the only games I am playing right now, but its not the same as console.
All I know is that I am profiting from PS+ every month, so as long as Sony can keep it up I am happy.
I just wished I didnt miss out on it for so long. Thank God PS4 forced me to get it. I would have never known how awesome it is.
I think it is the best 'zombie' story Ive ever seen. As long as they stay true to the story of the game, then it will be awesome.
Ok, they NEED to stay true to the story of the game, just like you would with any book. Do not just create a movie in the universe of TLoU but change everything about the story.
I dont care if I already know what happens. I didnt complain about them following the plot of Lord of the Rings. FOLLOW THE PLOT OF THE GAME!
Yea I was going to say, this game has gone past cult in terms of popularity. I just bought it though and havent gotten past 1 boss yet. I still got a ways to go lol.

I havent participated myself, but my god, all I hear about this is how bad it is. They might have to pull a FF14 and redo it when it releases. At least if it is like I have been hearing.
This guy seems to like it though. If they offer some kind of free trial, I will probably give it a shot.
Not really sure how this bundle is a deal at all. Buying seperate makes more sense. Still, it shows the power of the Playstation right now. I think they know the shortages will force people to buy this for the same price as if it were all separate.
Well the development trouble is always one way to tell. I really hope its amazing, but I am worried too.
Lots of good games I missed. Between these sales, PS+, and Steam, I am getting wayyyyy too many digital games that I will probably never finish or even play. Then I have physical media on top of that.

They shouldnt have to base it on anything. Everyone knows how much ppl want a FFVII remake. It will sell. Whether or not people will hate it after the fact remains to be see (as it will be tampering with nostalgia) but it will sell.
So many good games that so few played due to only releasing on the Gamecube. It was a great console.
And dont forget Resident Evil Remake.
X-2 was the first FF game I hated. Especially after I spent so much time in FFX trying to complete the sphere grid for everyone.
1 hit instant kill with melee = NO BUY.
It ruined CoD for me a long time ago. At least in BF4 if they try to melee you from the front, you can kill them.
Melee is the worst thing that happened to online FPS games.
I still cant believe that a commercial release of a Warcraft 3 mod became so huge. I never liked DOTA so I didnt buy into LoL or DOTA 2, but I might have to when Heroes of the Storm release.
The problem with kickstarters is that I feel like I would be giving money to someone who might know games, but doesnt know money and people management. You throw money at a developer so he can hire more people and get better infrastructure, but if he has no game plan then it can all fall apart fast.
It doesnt translate poorly when its laid on that thick.
Lets calm down. Its still year 1 for these consoles. This game looks amazing and being a single player only game, I see no need for 60FPS (of course it would be nice)
Im ok with this game being a cinematic experience. Lets not forget the first PS3 game to give us that, Uncharted. I am getting more and more excited for this game every day.
BF4 had issues, but gameplay wise it is amazing and sooo much fun. Seeing so many explosions with jets, helis, and tanks blowing up is mindblowing. Its just warfare on another level. No game comes close.
Asking for No Bugs and No Delays is a tall order. Its usually one or the other.
Exactly. This game is getting plenty of attention on NeoGAF. No PC game gets much recognition here.
