Of the xb360 how many r multiple replacement due to multiple hw failures and how many are re buys due to 1 million 360 being banned recently. Take 33% of the xb number & 1million off this number than you have an accurate number of xb360 in OPERATION.

People always forget this and instead just look at cold numbers. If 5 million ps3 failed In the next month and those people relpaced these there will be 15 mil ps3 sold in lifetime in 2 months. But still 10 mil operational.

you forgot the million 360s getting banned after cod mw2 was released, how many of those went and bought a xb360 to replace their banned 360 from being played on xbox live, especially after they had just bought cod mw2?

did you also forget the official 33% failure rate of xb360 hardware? how many people went and replaced their broken down xb 360???

well when you take into account all the failed xb360 (official figure about 54%, of those many not in service) and 1mill banned xb360 just after cod mw2 was released i think the actual xb360 that are still alive would be much less than what microsoft claims. whats the bet the numbers are much less than the original xbox sold.
