I think he's just bummed that something so "Sony" in essence is made available to the xboxers. I mean, it's a japanese game through-and-through. Dudes were reading a lot of "Berserk" when they made it. It's just sort of weird for such a japanese game to be on an american console.
I'm over it, but i'd feel a similar tinge of sadness if Shadow of the Colossus came out on xbox.

beta is great fun. the Yemen map is all sorts of vertical goodness. not a fan of paid boosters...but i'm starting to come around to the idea that it'll keep players with more cash than they can spend interested.

In the interviews, Steve Rohde, the vp behind Vita seemed to be pretty keen on having a robustly integrated experience at launch. He kept pounding home that things were working right now cross-platformwise as intended, and not as a future promised feature.
I think Sony got the message in every way possible. New online chat system, second analog stick, reasonable price, and I think they'll get the PS3/PSV integration right at launch.

Got Force Unleashed 2 Collectors Edition for $26. Mostly because I figure if the game is as crappy as they say, I at least have a Mimobot flash drive worth the $26 alone.

wonder what the jaded panel thought about psvita. it was a jolt to me... there were some creative things being done combining interfaces without sacrificing any graphical firepower. and then to price it affordably....that got my attention, whereas before it was shown, i'd decided i would skip the next gen of handhelds and stick with my ipad.
