There is only the option to choose between either the previous or next page now (at the bottom). My browsing style on this site is to open multiple tabs with pages of news/articles, usually to as far back in time to when I last visited the site. This way I can be sure there is very little I missed. For example I often open tabs via middle click to as far as page 3 or 4 then start with the last one.

In KZ2 snipers have stealth clothing so it isn't really important. If BC2 has something along those lines then it might be justified.
It's pretty easy easy 3 starring most of the trials. (OK, Atrium 1 pissed me off but the rest were a breeze.

Spiderman 2 pretty much perfected the swinging mechanics. 3 then went and completely ruined them. Please don't compare the two games as equals.
They look virtually identical to me, with the only noticeable difference being that the 360 pics have a higher contrast, which would normally be more related to tv settings anyway.

360 Elites are currently under £230 in the UK so it seems PS3 is still more expensive than it should be here, unless I'm mistaken and the Elites are still cheaper than the PS3 Slim in the US.
Considering a number of PSN games are valuing Euros the same as Dollars, this means that US retailers should start dropping the price to $249.
I can only speak from personal experience but I tried the matchmaking dozens of times today, yet every single attempt ended with a message saying I was unable to connect to the host. The single online game I played was entered via a friend, where the lag ranged from just about bearable to unplayable.
I really hope these issues are temporary because the single player games have been amazing, aside from the dumb AI, and the gladiator mode is so much fun.

If I had to take a guess on what this game could be then I would say that Mass Effect seems the most likely at the moment.
These kind of lawsuits really annoy me because it's more or less the case of somebody patenting something yet had no real plans of doing it themselves anyway. So if somebody comes up with a similar idea 10 years later, and it is in no way influenced by the original idea, then there really shouldn't be a problem.
