I don't trust these articles about the Kinect. I think they are just scaring people into buying it before Christmas. Do you know ANYONE that has Kinect? NO! And if you look at XBL stats it is impossible for that many sold compared to the amount of people playing COD. It doesn't add up. Unless 90% of people playing Kinect and don't have XBL. Two ways Devs can work around this:
1)make the game worth keeping! It's a no brainer! Just add multiplayer, free roam, collectables, mini-games, fun things to do, loads of side quests ect...
2)If you are getting that upset then why don't they ban gaming outlets to accept pre-owned games and trade-in's and then the Devs can collect the money for themself. Because from pre-owned games the only people that are making money are the gaming outlets and they make a massi...

It's all about chess people! LOL JUST KIDDING! I do actually like to play it from time to time. But it's all about COD and the occasional game of FIFA! America has more gamers, so there will be more people who are better and more people who are worse. It's hard to judge. You need to look at databases and look at FPS, 3rdPS, Racing, Sports, RPG, MMORPG and make a tally to see who wins on each lot and THEN you can say who's better!
Only long games, games with amazing graphics or cutscenes or games that aren't the basic package aka 2.5GB of single player and 3GB of multiplayer and 1GB of other BS.

As a PS3 and Xbox 360 owner, when people ask me for advice as to which console to buy I always say "If you want to play gun games like Halo, Gears and COD then get an Xbox but if you're a casual gamer and plays different genres of games and isn't that hardcore about multiplayer then get PS3!" I'm a PS3 person but this festive season I would prefer to buy Move rather than GT5. It's actually quite a shocking game, very poor handling, unnecessary realism (in a way) and I think the Japs are still finishing FFXIII. This will sell 2million MAX by Christmas excluding Asia because they are quite unpredictable. 12-15 mil? Not a chance, 9mil? Nope, 5mil? Maybe after a year or two, 3mil? Possible, 2mil? Definietly, 1mil? SHOCKING! But most PS3 exclusives only sell a mil.
Black Ops is on 5 platforms (PS3, Xbox 360, PC, Wii, DS), better advertised, better reputation, very addictive and has more copies sold. Those are the five things that make COD more "successful" than Halo.
Just out of interest, when does this come out on PS3? Nearly got my Platinum Trophy on Mafia II and Medal of Honor and Black Ops don't come out for about 6 weeks! Hope it comes out next week otherwise I won't bother with this game and just go back to Red Dead Redemption.
There should be a feature when you can report people for being under-age! Then Treyarch can block their Black Ops from playing online. But if they take Treyarch to court then they can say you shouldn't have an 18 game anyway! And that could make some parents go to parenting classes. In a way I wish I was bought up in this day and age but I guess I would be an intolerant little bastard! :/
