How do you translate what what makes this game good into a movie? The player makes the decisions, which can't be implemented into a movie. It wouldn't work.
What about R2? Scored higher than R1 but Insomniac considers it a failure because the fans weren't so happy with it. R2's reviews would say continue with that formula but I don't think Insomniac will.
I wasn't looking forward to buying one of these but that's too much. I'm still using a 4870 and I probably won't upgrade any time soon tbh.
It's $20 in most stores that I have seen it in.

That blows Uncharted 2 out of the water. I can't believe how good this game looks. WOW!
No one likes to acknowledge this game's graphics besides the fans that played it. Instead people ignore it completely or nitpick it and find something to cry about. First it was the game not matching the quality of the old CGI video, then it was people saying first one sucked and this one would too, and then people complained about the controls and it didn't play like MW. One excuse to another when they're really just full of sh!t.
But not worth buying at all. If possible, I would recommend renting it. Have you seen Animatrix? It's exactly like it, except Animatrix is way better. Some people found the introduction boring but I actually found it the most interesting part of the film like Animatrix. The other mini-stories were OK but nothing special or worth paying $20 for.
Reading this review makes it seem like we were watching two totally different films. It's not that good.
It just feels like the same sh!t over and over again. I couldn't even play through MW2 anymore. Online wise, I think SOME FPS have drastically helped but it's getting boring again. It seems like everyone is afraid to try something completely new.
And I don't like this game. Get over it.
But I thought AvP was just horrible. Played the online demo on PSN and deleted it after one match. Waste of 15 minutes. FPS after FPS - these games need to start doing something different because the genre is getting boring and repetitive.
How do you call that disappointing? Do you not see that enormous monster in the back? The scale of GOWIII is HUGE. You'd have to be a hater to call that disappointing or worse looking than Halo. I repurchased GTAIV on the PC, got rid of the GFWL garbage, and starting adding mods and cheats. It adds a ton of replay value to the game and you do come crazy sh!t with the video editor and tools available from sites. It feels like an entirely different game on PC.

Couldn't agree more. Those cheats added hours of replay value to the game. I wonder what made Rockstar not include them into GTA IV. That decision only hurt the game's life span IMO.
I'm surprised at the good scores this game has been receiving. I loved the demo and I'm really looking forward to buying and playing this game in a couple of days, but I wasn't expecting these types of high scores from review sites like GameSpot.
And offers it as the complete version. I'll be more than happy to wait for it.
That's my primary concern for RPGs. Graphics are more of a bonus and only bothers me if the game unplayable or really looks bad.

Something about it just doesn't look right. It looks like he's floating when he jumps.
ME2, like SFIV, looks slightly better than the 360 version when maxed out but not by much IMO. But MW2(and MW1) on the other hand looks much better to me. The console versions look blurry and the sub-hd resolution shows in comparison to playing it maxed out on PC.
Now all of a sudden KZ2 has no gameplay, only good graphics. smh
