This is true but it is still extra work to have the certain maps ready and playable, and to have the server ready ect.
And it doesnt take away from the fact that they first made a whole new engine for the game, and made GT for the psp.
people always bash the game saying forza has had 2 or 3 games whilst GT5 was being created, but all the while theyve used the same engine, just with a few tweaks.

Both controllers are perfectly fine for all genres.

Sony is definately making some good moves but theres still a way to go.
1) Whilst the price is good, for consumers its still the most expensive
2) Its not got the same features of XBL yet like netflix and facebook support (the web browser is not an equal alternative)
3) and whislt their exclusives are good, series like Killzone and Resistance lack the same epic scale and story of games like gears and halo.

ive still got my old fat ps2 which i got a year after launch.
After being accidentaly dropped numerous times it still works like new.
I doubt that Naughty dog used their technology, they already have an engine.
Its probably to do with the online, something both Bungie and IW do extremely well.

I loved watching the topgear episode with the corvette whew they drove over a pebble and hammond could actually feel ther car bump over it.
American cars definately arnt as good int the corners as European cars such as some Ferraris, Porsches and Lotuses.
But I love how everything has to have ahuge engine and have a million horsepower. And the cars are getting better at corners.
But an american car will never replace how much I love lamborghinis. ...

GT5 is not just a racing game like need for speed. In that game you dont care about the car, only how fast it goes. You play to RACE, to win. Nothing else.

It was cool in resistance 1 fighting int he UK since I live there. Plus they had some places themed pretty near me.
Most games are about fighting for the USA, as if thats all the world cares about its quite funny. But not incredibly fun after 5 games in a row decide to make the ending of the game saving whe white houzzzzzzZZZzzzZZZZzzz...

This is why i like GT5 s much, the guy directing it is actually a pretty good racing driver.
Thats why GT games generally focus on the driving more than painting your car nice.
In this game you dont race, you drive. Its all about the car, its unique charatceristinc, and mastering them for the best lap possible.
