I believe the developers on 360 compared to the ps3 dont need to be too much of a wiz to get their job done since its clearly easier, so they can afford not to push too much and still get result but yet again the result. unlike the ps3 which is harder the ppl that have release titles on it have undergone good training to be able to use the power this extremely hard work i wont say i have seen many dev on 360 follow suit. And believe me there are not many dev that are that hardworking some jus...
