Uncharted eats away Gears 2. The water and environment of the tech demo /Gears doesnt even come close to uncharted not to even mention about surpassing it.
The x360 will probably have nothing this gen to comapare against Uncharted. Not to even mention FF13,GT5,R2,KZ2

That is simply unmatchable. KZ2 uses data streaming from Blu Ray drive and the demo level alone took up full 2 gigs .

KZ2 graphically destroys everything except Crisis. no need to argue there.
KZ2 will probably set benchmarks in gameplay too. even if it doesnt it will have great gameplay for sure. But definitely there is no contest in the graphics department.
Gears 2 would have great gameplay no doubt but dont forget Resistance 2 will have great gameplay too along with great graphics (60 player MP, 8 player co op).

In UK last week Blu Ray player sales jumped by 700% and that includes a significant amount of ps3s too.
In March/april GT5 prologue will be coming out and even despite being a demo that game is huge. Plus GTA 4 will improve ps3 sales too. Haze could also come out at that time so keep dreaming in YOUR FANTASYLAND

The demise of HD DVD has increased BD player sales by 700% in UK and that includes the ps3 along with Samsung's BD1400.
SONY will still take this year without a price drop. Given SONY's lineup there is no way other consoles could even rival that.

PS3 has the best possibility now with its 2008 lineup,blu ray steam etc. Wii can do phenomenal too with Wii fit and SMB.
PS3 has 2 killer FPS lined up this year - Killzone2 and R2.Crisis will also make it to the ps3 this year along with Haze.

in december last year the sales of x360 and ps3 were neck and neck in Canada.

KZ2 will sell a lot more than Gears in europe.
By the time KZ2 comes out ps3 will have sold atleast 10 million units in europe. I wont be surprised if ps3 sells more than that since HD DVD demise saw the Blu Ray player sales jump 700% and that includes the elevated sales of ps3 too in UK.
In USA too PS3 will have sold between 8m --10 million units when KZ2 is launched.
