A 8.2 game is average. I mean how many games get 7.5 in this day and age. Going to take a shower... If an exclusive gets less than a 8 than stay clear from that title.

When the 2nd review from the embargo is a 3.5/5 is any indication of quality it should be scary. I mean this game looks like there is going to be some 3/10 bombs dropped on you guys. When all sadi is done and the game gets a 6/10 gamerankings/metacritic score. You guys will find out that gamepro was being nice rather than cruel towards this game. Gamepro even gave lair a 3.75/5.

I would actually appeal this case. That seems like an excessive amount of money (especially since the patent probably makes no where near that amount of money). It seemed as if the judge had a grudge on microsoft. Because that 388 million dollar fine basically hurts microsoft profit report significantly.
