Is this not the same thing that happened at the beginning of this gen? Plenty of 360 owners moved to ps4. The Scorpio can't tempt those same people back?

Ps4 went three years being the best place to play multiplats, now Scorpio takes that crown, while also having games that aren't available on ps4. Xbox will be just fine, but thanks for your concern.

All completely valid points, Microsoft does need to show they are serious about gaming, having made the perfect start, with the right messages. Next up is a slew of new game announcements.
But with Ps5 launching in 2-3 years, as you say, what will they be targetting? 4k@60fps? Scorpio does that this year, so why wait another 3 years?
Unless you think tv sets would've moved on to the next resolution bump by then?
