Note that these characters are from the 80s and 90s, so naturally some of the ones that we think are iconic now weren't so much 10 years ago, or weren't as big at the time.
I also don't like how the author groups together the people... like 'the street fighters' or the 'mortal kombat fighters.' Just pick Ryu or Chun-Li and Subzero or Scorpion, you can't say 15 and list 50 (100 counting FF).
Otherwise, I mostly agree that these guys are all pretty well known. Though...
I've got to say my only experience on the PS3 has been lag free, only issue is a host migration but 5-10 seconds of lag for everybody = no difference whatsoever.
Besides, I hate playing with people with names like "theTBagger," "tBagYoMama," etc. Makes me feel like I'm surrounded by those of lesser intelligence.

I haven't heard that Dream Theater is doing a song for it, that's awesome. I think The Glass Prison would be epic as an intro song, sans vocals (just doesn't fit GoW3 to have it).

I remember playing that for so long with my friends, it was awesome whenever we did one of the great moves. I got it recently and played it and though it's a lot easier now, it's still insane fun!!
I don't know if these two games were exactly underrated, but I don't know anyone who played them back in the day...Crystalis and Wizards and Warriors.

You can't round the actual numbers of the data, that's not how it works. That would be like lowering a score of 100 to a 54.
You have to round the percentage that is already calculated. Since metacritic doesn't have decimals in their overall review- they round. Hence the article.

Too many of the same games, I don't agree with all choices, but some are decently placed. The Aeris theme for FFVII is better for me than the battle one, but that's because that time has a special place in my heart <3 (when she dies). That sounds awful in a way, but the music rules. ...

I have no problems with the boxart, though they aren't as original, I like seeing God of War! And 99% of the time I can only see the side of the case.

Battle.net is also free. It doesn't make sense for battle.net and WoW to be separated as such and then say it's only for paid subscriptions.

I think the bug boss (one of the final bosses) in Final Fantasy 10 deserves a spot on there. I think it takes one hit to go down, and it was pretty stupid... I never saw how it tied into the story.

Rob didn't say he wanted a web browser and myspace, he suggested they need it to be up with all of these social websites. And I agree, I would rather do all of that on my laptop, much more convenient. Only reason to have web on a console is for something you want on a TV, aka hulu or movies.

If anyone really wanted to play Foosball they could honestly spend the extra $30.... Unless they had no friends, which defeats the purpose of having a Wii.
Also, when you look up Championship Foosball on Gamespot the first game in 'games you might like' is ski& shoot...
Sony isn't going to cut the price of a machine that loses them money. So if they double sales on a machine that already loses them money then they're essentially quadrupling their negative profit. Even with the extra games/software they sell, they wouldn't make more than they are now.
Bottom line:
Just buy the PS3! Investment well worth it. Ask most anyone with one.
This sounds like when the Little Mermaid case art had that tower that looked like a phallic symbol, or that part in The Lion King where the word 'sex' showed up in the dust cloud.

You can suicide to lower your World Tendency to Black (e.g. jumping off a cliff).
Just make sure you return the the nexus after a change in world tendency for both white and black.
Only named NPC's can be killed for a change toward white WT as well, and I'm not sure if you kill black phantom players it changes WT, just Character Tendency.
*All in the US Version, from my experience.
Anyway, I better be playing offline to keep my PBWT......
